"Squaring the Circle": an alchemical glyph (17th c.) of the creation of the Philosopher's Stone.

Seems like a fitting symbol for Aspies.

It's off a t-shirt I saw:

This is a cat.
Not a defective dog.
It is happy being a cat.

I though the "Infinity" symbol had been decided on... Works for me. BTW, I'm also wearing a aluminum-foil hat... We had a very similar discussion on the Autism Speaks forum recently, and decided that they are essential when posting to stop biases caused by the microchip Sammy said we are all implanted with. [Sammy is a curebie btw; make of that what you will]

How about we each have a T-Shirt that has an Aspie or Autie that we each can identify with. Sid is my personalized symbol. If a decent person wants to know more about Sid, than that person would ask open ended questions about him. I can tell him that though he's a character, he has the same level of AS that he has. I also tell that person, about a few people on the spectrum that I know, and about myself, as well. I also tell that person about Temple Gradin, Donna Williams, Dan Akroid, and Sue Ruben. I also tell them about other movie characters on the spectrum, as well.

I think we should have some small, inconspicuous symbol that we could put on our front door or something.

I find myself pretty puzzling sometimes.

Seriously, though. The whole world is like a big puzzle to me. I'm the odd piece that doesn't seem to fit anywhere.

Yeah, come up with something that resembles a gang sign. Scare the crap out of other people as they walk by and see us throwing up secret hand signals.
