A double blind study of the Stress Relief Complex? No, I did not see that. Can you post a link?

There is a graph from a 7-day double-blind study, and it seemed to help about 1/3 of people.

Apparently this was a "preliminary study" conducted in 2002.

Was it published anywhere? Was anything else published specifically on this product?

I have been self medicating with most of the ingedients in the stress relief complex for years....from seperate sources....I take everything but the ashwagandha....I also take lots of essential fatty acids.....i have seen some pretty good anti-stress supplements out there....I am trying to remember the name of....oh yeah...."Calm and Calmer".....i think it has l-theanine, GABA and Rhodeola Rosea.....that is available at some health food stores...I really liked it....ran out of it a long time ago though.....

My parents are strictly anti-pharmaceutical....it's a blessing really....

Like the Shaklee product, it as L-theanine. It also has Relora and Rhodiola rosae.

It doesn't say what the dose level is.

That is what I am looking for: something to replace medical treatment to fight my Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). And, one of the symptoms of GAD HAS to be obsessing over the drugs used to fight the disorder.

However, the more I read about the Lactium, the better it sounds.

Swanson also has 167 mg capsules of Lactium (I wonder why they are so precise? 167??? mg?)

According to Swanson, the Relora is mainly concerned with weight gain associated with stress

Well, now I am completely confused. I had better not forget my clorazepam tonight.

Thie bottle lists the dose level...If I ever find it in a store again...(the place where I get my supplements does not carry it.....I will um...let you know....Instead of Calm and Clamer I take another supplement called Theanine Serene....gads too busy can't find the bottle...contains basicly the same thing....buncha stuff really....

I've noticed that when I forget to take my clorazepam, my sense of anxiety goes way up now, and I feel REALLY grouchy. I can see where some of these mass murderer-suicides may be coming from.

Shaklee's Stress Relief is a great product, I use it daily, I have MANY customers who swear by it. It is a good solid product by a very reputable company.....it is a product I will not be without.

They have made a difference! I have been taking them about 2 weeks and I already notice a difference.
I keep my twin grandson's all day (3years old), work my businesses online and off, and work the weekend at Frank Brown Park here in Panama City Beach, needless to say, I stay stressed!! I will continue to take these, when this bottle gets close to running out, I will re-order more.
