In the Garfield Halloween special, Garfield and Odie went trick-or-treating dressed as pirates, and Garfield had some pretty funny lines in pirate-speak:

(after Jon tells Garfield he and Odie look ridiculous in their pirate costumes)
"Arrrrr, I've killed men fer sayin' less than that, but I'll lech'er live seein' as how yer the only man who'll change me kitty litter."

(after a lady tosses Garfield and Odie one little candy into each of their treat bags)
"Me thinks yer be a might stingy with yer candy, miss! If yer don't reconsider yer contribution I'll give yer living room drapes a taste of me broadsword!"
(the lady then throws lots of candy into their treat bags)
"Thank you, a thousand blessin's be upon yer home, ma'am."

(Garfield and Odie are stuck in a rowboat, floating down a river out to sea)
"We be at the mercy of the sea, matey! Topside, topside! Batten the hatches! Trim the mains'l! Slip the sheets! Flibber the jibbets! I WANT MY MOMMMEEEEEEEEE!!"
