There's a whole lurking subculture I guess. I've lurked on so many forums. The most posts I have anywhere is about 200. Everyone has about 10000 there and I don't think I'm much of an active poster in that scenario either.

Wow a lurking thread, finally.

I'm a threadkiller and a lurker. I get curious as to what goes on in some of these threads without posting. Sometimes I'll even check someone's profile just to see if their birthday is close to mine. Yeah I know what y'all are thinking that's personal but it wouldn't be out there if it really was.

It's a bad habit I know, but it's one of those habits that're harder to break then threadkilling.

Sorry for bumping a 5 year old thread but considering that we're getting a site upgrade (hopefully in the next decade or two), I wanted to see how many lurkers are currently on WP. I seem to remember some suddenly showing up and posting for the first time in this thread. It's funny, I was lurking here for 2 years before registering on WP and my last post in this particular thread was one of the first posts I've made. Now it's 5 years later and I have over 4000 posts and counting.
