I dont keep a catalog so much as that my floor is covered with assorted good items, trash, and questionabally organic detritis. I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what is down there, but if i am looking for something i know where it is. The trash is very predictable. In certain areas the trash obeys a kind of gulf stream. The trash over here will migrate out of the door at the rate of 1 inches every day. And the trash here will migrate under the bed at a rate of 3 inches per day. There are a few other streams but those are the main ones. So i always know where to find stuff. I just remember where i threw it, and estimate how much time it was since i did. I never lose anything.

I have a typed-up catalogue of all my recorded X-Files tapes. I have since then had the ambition to catalogue all my books as well.

But as yet, this hasn't been done. Though I do really adore making lists and organizing. :D

Great... well, at least I know what I'll do if I ever decide that I have a spare decade on my hands!

Oh, yeah, that means 'no, I don't have a catalogue'. And now, if you please, don't rob me!
