:D Hello Everyone

At present, I am in the process of writing a course, with the goal of fostering positive interpersonal experiences for two young fellows with AS whom I support on a one-to-one basis. The primary focus of this course pertains to recognising feelings and how an AS person can best cope with them when they become extreme. Would anyone be interested in participating if I were to adapt the programme for online delivery? To ensure quality, I will confer with Autism support organisations within New Zealand before offering it as an option formally.

I welcome your comments

Warmest Regards :P

Can you PLEASE explain what you were saying in words that are easier to understand? (No offense. It's just I had no idea what you were saying.)

I'd be completely interested.

By the way, Mich? What he meant (if I understand him right) was that he was thinking of making a do-it-yourself course to help us understand and relate to people better, since he's already making a course for people where he is. He wanted to know if we would be interested in taking it online.

Hi Everyone

Thankyou for your expressions of interest in the social skills course so far - keep them coming! Also, a big thankyou to Taineyah for helping Mich comprehend the concept.

Cheers

P.S. Assistance with self-esteem related issues will feature prolificly in course content  :)

Sorry, but I'm not interested in education other than school. (And I hate school!)

Not only would my husband be interested in participating, it's exactly what he's been hoping to find. We've been running around like chickens with our heads cut off looking for this kind of help. We salute you! :D

No offense intended, but I don't think it may work for most of us. If we have no way of actually becoming more sociable, the only help will be the information in general.
