is it asperger's?

anyway, I have this bump about the size of a BB where my lip piercing used to be. It's hard, white, almost looks like a zit and smooth.

I don't think it's a keloid because I think they're usually red. I try squeezing it and sometimes stuff comes out but other times, nothing.

Might be a cyst. Go see a Dermatologist.

My first thought when I read this was that you have an infection in the hole of where your lip piercing used to be.
If you have anti-bacterial cream, try to rub some of that on it and see if it clears up. If not, then go and see a doctor.

Keloids aren't red at all. At least none of the ones I've seen. It could be scar tissue as well that just happened to form in that shape.
