I don't have AS, but NVLD. They are similar but I do not have the things mentioned in section B. of AS.

I don't care,
in fact I wish more NTs would take part in some of the aspie threads.

I wouldn't say I'm NT, by any means as NVLD and AS are almost identical. It's a fine line and I am diagnosed AS, it's JMO that I'm not.

I don't mind either because we are the same in one way or another.

you're still on the autism spectrum. nvld is an asd.

NVLD isn't considered an NT. There's an argument about rather NVLD is on the spectrum or not. I don't think it is because it doesn't say that anywhere in books I have read. All I see is AS, PDD-NOS and autism.

It's okay, it's still the wrong planet. :P

Just kidding. We're all here for different reasons. And you'd probably make a much better writer than me (There's a reason I'm up at 4 AM with only 3 cups of coffee-Paper due!)

If a person had NVLD symptoms, they would often receive a PDD-NOS diagnosis, or an AS diagnosis, depending on how they presented.

My symptoms are more like the description of NVLD than AS as I have the social impairments and fine motor difficulties without the interests etc....

There are others with NVLD and not AS on here too!

Just figured I could mention. I know a couple of people here mentioning they have NVLD.

And of course even more people have AS and NVLD.

There are a few NLDers on here, its from their posts am have learnt a bit about it,it's supposed to be like a mild form of AS.

Also does not matter what label have on here,am not aspie either, neither is a lot of users, all have a lot of difficulties/differences in common though.

Yes I love Grape Hyacinths! I discovered them when I was a kid. They have a lovely smell, kind of like hand soap... So beautiful.

I also like the normal hyacinths, lily of the valley, bourvadia, jasmine, stock, roses, and many others...

Cool that you recognised the Grape Hyacinths!

I'm glad you said that. I've gotten the impression from reading here that NTs are looked down upon and aren't particularly welcome.
