Aspie though I am, I know enough to use doubled sided tape or Velcro tabs that prevent just such slippage. It is not so much scandlous as it is sloppy dressing. Who ever is tending to those things should be educated or replaced.

I mean since she started getting pictures taken, I have always thought she didn't know how to dress and her choices for attire were at odds with her writing of children's books.

flashing usually involves meaning to show it.

The Brits have a different idea of flashing than we do. Back when Princess Diana was still dating Prince Charles she was photographed in a way that you could see "through" her skirt and see her knickers or slip (taken in the sunlight). It was a big scandal though nothing was shown and she was wearing modest clothing.
