Well, one can say that this is correct, however, as living beings we all make our own assertions on what is best. Given that this is a political forum, I would imagine that many people have made assertions on political ideology.

That said, I would prefer a powerful, benevolent government which takes the safety, prosperity, and personal freedom of all law-abiding citizens into heart, and measures its success not by GDP, but by the wellbeing and quality of life of its citizens. A dream, but a pleasant dream. Circumstances and culture , however, mean that such a government is far off. Also, only a political and strategical genius could devise such a system and run it properly.
For now, socialist capitalism will have to do.
