"Ass burgers" certainly is a fake disease. Asperger's is not.
By the way, in the US it's not even considered a disability, so nobody here is "cheating the government" as you put it.
Well, I take that back, lots of people are, but for different reasons.
Our welfare system is hopelessly screwed, among other things.
