Do you pee while talking on the telephone?

I've always wondered about this. I think I would be offended if I heard someone taking a leak while I was talking to them on the phone, but I will do it sneakily, by masking the sound with running water. Anyone else?

I've done it a few times. I do it if I really have to. I let the stream hit the inside of the bowl so the person on the other line won't hear it.

Personally, no. But I know some people who take a dump while on the phone.

No I would never do that. I have had people over the phone though, who use the bathroom from just that familiar sound of a flush, or a "Hold on, I'm in the bathroom doing something important."

I've talked on the phone while taking a dump before.

If I need to talk/pee, I piss on the walls of the toilet.

I never have, I don't think I could.

How does one do this? I can't even think about it.

Yeah. I'd be worried that they would be able to hear me and know what I was doing. Plus, if you are the sort of person who makes noises when you strain, it wouldn't sound too nice to the person on the other end of the phone.

No, I don't even like using the restroom when someone else is even in the house (and it's a big house!).

During a formal conversation - no, it would be deprived of respect in my view. But I remember I was doing it at least one time while talking to my high school friend. She asked what a sound it was and I simply told her.

I know what you mean... i absolutally cannot pee in a public restroom if someone else is in there, i have to check and make sure no one is there then i can pee. and if someone other than my mom is in the house i have to turn the fan on so they can't hear me.

I can't even remember the last time I used a public restroom! Lucky for me, I don't have to go much, but when I do and I'm in public, I can hardly bring myself to use one of the public restrooms. I'm already a germaphobe as it is, so that can be pretty tough for me. Even for my own toilet, it feels really weird for me for a week if someone ever uses it.

I never do this. I find it irritating when someone phones me while I'm "otherwise engaged" especially if it is a cold call from some call centre trying to sell me double glazing or other rubbish I don't want and have to nip out of the toilet quickly to answer the phone. Grrrr
