haha I've never liked Jim's comedies,never thought they were funny. But there's something enduring about Jim as a person- maybe the fact that he seems like he's hiding a very deep side inside a facade that everyone wants him to put on all the time. He always seems to have that smile on his face as well.
I was kind of surprised, but the first (and only one so far) character that came to mind was Shaun Brumder (Colin Hanks) in Orange County. The movie probably sucked, what with being an MTV movie and all, but I was obsessed with it when it came out...so it rocks no matter how many times I watch it. xD

Well I will say that because Jim wasn't trying to do comedy in eternal sunshine, it actually came across as one of his better performances...
