Have school budget cuts eliminated the possibility of students learning to use punctuation? I know commas and periods are expensive, but why don't you kids use them?

I'll get you an assorted box for Christmas.

I find the whole budget cut thing to be hilarious, does anyone else here feel the same?

they can, one thinks, be overly permissive with individual styles; yet not to be used, abused, or improperly exhibited, the list could go on...

I think part of it is a vast group of people used to typing with their thumbs...
