So I have special sheets that have a higher thread count with this certian fabric so their soooooo soft. Anyways every night i need to have my bed remade and jim(my nt boyfriend) does it for me every night, yes i still have problems making my own bed lol. Anyways tonight He took everything off, so i got to grab my sheet and wrap my body in it and just spin in circles making weird squealing noises, and I look at him and say try try try? He looks at me and says yea lets go i need to make ur bed and get u in bed, i have work in the morning. So i got alittle upset, he replies with "oh gosh see i hate when your mad, especially for me being NT, I can't help this disease called neurotypicalism, that I have!" I thought he was serious at first but soon realized he was kidding lol. It made me laugh how he called himself diseased with neurotypicalism, like made me feel so good hahaha. So I thought I would share it with everybody !

You do that with your sheet? My toddler son (who I'm sure is autistic) does something similar with his pillow. Its ADORABLE, watching a little dude bear hug and roll around with a pillow.

Your boyfreind sounds great!! That is pretty funny....I'd probably laugh at that. I have been known to walk around the house with my fiance's old, worn out comforter wrapped around me....

Last night I was getting tired and I couldn't talk...so I resorted to grunting. I think my supposedly NT fiance can sort of understand my grunting and squeeking after the 12 years we've been together.

I used to sleep in between the sheets but I got tired of making my bed so I simply sleep on top of everything (including the bedspread) and use a blanket which I fold up every morning.

The easiest way to make it is not making it. :)

I've never been able to make my bed (mainly for the reason of not wanting it to change from how I left it; it must stay the same); I used to stop my mother from making it when I was younger.

Or to do what I do and sleep in a sleeping bag.

I used to sleep inna sleeping bag! My mom made me quit, though.

Now I hardly ever make my bed.

I had so much trouble with bed making while
I was in basic training in the army.

In the end the other guys in the squad did it for me
while I dusted or something
