My "favorite" is "preferential option for the poor". It's a Catholic phrase coined by some Latin American theologians back in the 1980's. Nobody seems to know what it means, except it's something we should do, I don't even think the theologians themselves know. Else why come up with something so wordy?
My second favorite is almost anything a politician says . . .
