He's crazy about me and spoils me rotten.

He thinks some of my aspie traits are great, and doesn't mind the rest at all.

He's doing all the planning for our wedding and honeymoon. All I have to do is get the dress and show up!

He wrote his own vows -- when he read them to me, I cried.

End of June -- I can't wait!!

Juliekitty,

I'm guessing this is someone you've known for a while - so trust is pretty much complete?
Anyway, sorry it this puts a damper on things.

Congratulations ! !! !!

Thanks, everyone! I'm over the moon about this!

Nope. We'll have known each other just under 4 months when we tie the knot.

Oh, don't worry about that. You're not the first to raise that flag.

You know what, though? I've kissed more than enough frogs that I can recognize a prince when I meet one.

He says he knew from the instant he met me. Took him a few weeks to talk me into it, though. ;)

Hee, hee! No, but don't take it personally -- NOBODY'S invited.

In true aspie style, we're doing it with an absolute minimum of other humans. We're going miles away for the wedding; and if we didn't need a commissioner and 2 witnesses to make it legal, we wouldn't even have them there.

Don't feel bad; we're not having cake either. :)

Given that I'm Canadian and live in Canada, you wouldn't be getting one of those in any event. ;)

Thanks, but we both really like it here. ;) We're going away, but still staying in our province. It never occurred to us to go anywhere else.
