It is a very good book because I'm still reading it and it is very interesting as well.

NotCrash

Nothin' beats some auto-erotica supercharged wit one of the most perverse wits in living memory. Also sympathizes for the film, which -recently - be sharing its name wit some real sloppy, stinkin overblown turd (gold crusted) - with the wiff alone makin' Omar feel sick to the gut- llike he just consumed raw Haggis.

Ooh, interesting, I also happen to luv books that have some peversity like Nake Lunch, a book by William Burroughs although most critics would find his books quite taboo and perverted and/or controversial.

I haven't read Crash yet but I have read a few other Ballard novels, & it seems as if everything by him is amazing. I just finished 'High Rise' where the upper middle class inhabitants of a high rise apartment building descend into savagery on the slimmest of provocations, & just keep sinking. It's great. Also, regarding Burroughs, I think most editions of 'Crash' include an introduction by him.

I've bought a book titled 100 Banned Books. It is a list of books that have been censored throughout history. It does mention Naked Lunch. The books range from the Bible to The Satanic Verses to All Quiet on the Western Front. I recommend that last one to anybody who thinks war is glorious.

An interesting book I've read before is Bohemian Manifesto by Laren Stover. It is fascinating, and details the life of the average bohemian (but then again, an "average bohemian" is kind of an oxymoron).
