I appreciate Lau because he's helpful in a very responsible and clearly defined way, and he's also extremely witty!

I've met a lot of mods on game servers and websites and I gotta say lau is both more polite and much more respectful about how he asks people to stop doing something or change something or even just answering questions he does that fast
