Usually I to fight with depression I try to read some motivational stories. It works for me

Yesterday I came across a video on Twitter showing how one person deals with depression. Basically, she puts on music she likes and dances -- not socially, but by herself, to help herself feel better. Her video shows one of her "stim-dances," as she calls them. Looks like good exercise, if nothing else.

(I originally posted this in another thread but deleted it there when I realized it would be inappropriate for the particular person. So I'm now posting it here instead.)

Some psychogists swap self esteem for self compassion. So, build your self compassion.
