I like cats but I am deathly allergic to them, there is a protein in cat spit that my body can't handle, my throat closes up and I stop breathing :skull:

^Found out I was too after growing up with them. But I just couldn't have them taken away. I guess eventually I got used to them or immuned but before, I was on all kinds of allergy pills.

michel - your cat looks like a burmilla, with his M on his forehead and his pink nose.
Is he kitten in that photo? I ask because he has blue eyes. A burmilla's eyes will go green.

Burmilla's a part burmese and part persian. Burmese are asian cats. He is very like my burmilla, he is beautiful and he looks intelligent.

All the cat's in this thread are beautiful, they look loved.

Thanks Marieclaire! Sabu is so very pretty, I really lucked out, and she's super smart, she's already figured out crazy stuff. She appeared out of nowhere and shacked up under the restaurant where I bartend. After over a year of my feeding her ahi tuna and whitefish leftovers, the big boss decided to get rid of her because she kept getting pregnant, so the day before they came to hunt her down, I got a cage, caught her (she jumped in the cage when I called her), and now she's living happily ever after, with bottled water, organic food, antioxidants and fish oil, tons of toys and the best vet. It's like she was adopted by the Jolie-Pitt clan!

She does have a very pink nose, and with the "mink" coat and the blue/green eyes, it kinda all looks technicolorish, like an Andy Warhol cat or something. I love her, and she gives it right back at me!

I have a few pictures!! These are just of my ferret.. we also have two large dogs(Onyx and Armani), and ten cats(Mama, Ming Noodle, Buddha, Little Ming, Eddie, Fatty, and four kittens who don't really have names). My ferret's name is Waffle!

Bein' a ham..

Wearing a cute sweater!

And sleeping! Like the cutie he is.

And I have to add one pic of when Eddie was a kitten.. he's our special boy, he has some problems and he's just not nearly as graceful as normal cats, so he's always been my little baby.

I wonder if she got lost - burmilla's love to explore but their sense of direction may not be that good. Does Sabu talk a lot.
My cat (burmilla) is very loving, he gives really good eye contact.

Subu certainly fell on her feet when she found you.

A couple of my pets, only one of which I have now.

Lunar (female kitty of death)

Image

Gracie (rooster of death, I no longer have him due to his killer-rooster-ness)

They both eat souls.
