I would like to go back to school but i'm not sure what to pursue or if i should even bother with any of them.
The two that i am thinking about is:

LIBERAL ARTS or GLOBAL STUDIES?

I'm familiar with Liberal Arts. I don't feel that a Liberal Arts degree is as valuable as a Math or Science degree. What's Global Studies?

Yes, what do you want to do with it and why are you limiting yourself to only those two degrees?

I've always been interested in world countries ever since i was a kid. Global Studies gives you the chance to explore different parts of the world. Learn about cultures and their economy. All of those said and i would one day like to travel around the world.

I saw go for it, do what you enjoy! (But don't forget about math and science, those are fun and useful as well!)

Not a bad idea. In general, these two do coalesce perfectly.
