I've also seen latimes stating that Aspergers is a "disease".

They probably googled for their information.

Google actually comes up with good information. The LA Times is just Horribly misinformed. we shoudl inform them.

I feel the same way about articles that try to link violent video games to real life violence. Sheez, not ALL of us are sickos like any of these people who 'supposedly' kill out of fascination with Doom, Grand Theft Auto, etc. so stop giving us a bad name!

Some Video games do cause violennce in SOME People. people like playing violent games because it doesn't cause any real-life harm....

That's why I played Dark Forces for a few hours every day after school for abut 2/3 of high school! Sometimes I played Tie Figher too.

I saw a commercial while watching the simpsons a few mins ago "Blah blah blah blah bal William Freund, Did His Horrible Disease cause his actions??" HOLY f**k! I'm so mad right now! My Plan, we need to come up with a letter. About one in three seems to be something presumptuous and ignorant such as like "cure" AS.

One of the more obnoxious ones offers to set straight "defiant youth."

If you notice, most paid ads on the web have crack "solutions". Any website that features crack info about AS either is trying to sell something or trying to pander to a certain group to gain benefits (donations, etc).

This happens if clientelle is not chosen directly by the host itself. Google only marginalises the relavence, but that's all.
