I find any given person weird up to the point where I can figure them out, analyze them and know why they do things, and do them in a certain way. Therefore it has little to do with neurotype, and more to do with the fact that I am not confused or alienated by people who are introspective and able to explain or otherwise make their actions comprehensible to me.
Of course, most people are not weird in my eyes until they do something, or say they did or would do something, that I would never do, or at least am unlikely to, or otherwise find incomprehensible without explanation. In fact, until they mention or indicate otherwise, I have a hard time remembering that they are not like me, even though it's incredibly unlikely that they would be in certain ways.
