don't do it. you want to get rid of the gynecomastia, i know, but this is not the way. even if you can manage the pain as you perform surgery on yourself (painkillers, sure, but how are you going to operate on yourself when you're zonked on painkillers?) even if you can manage the bleeding (because undoubtedly it will bleed a shedload) even if you can manage the risk of infection (you CAN'T, any home surgery will run a huge risk of infection), even if you can control all these risks... you will not get the results you want. there will be a lot of swelling in the surgical areas. you won't have reduced man breasts... you will just have swollen bloody infected lumps, probably twice the size they originally were. you will go into septic shock. don't do it. either hormone therapy or professional surgery is the way to go. maybe you could just do a bunch of cardio and lose the body fat on your chest. but either way, home surgery on yourself is just not the way to go. i don't care if chopper read successfully cut his own ears off in prison. don't make a mistake you will regret.

You're quite right, people should stick to home liposuction, it doesn't require as much anesthesia and with the right equipment the whole process is almost completely automated.

I don't think a man could cut off his own nipple because of the pain factor. If he did it in one fell swoop, maybe. But then he wouldn't be able to do the other one.

I know it hurts because I couldn't control myself and I bit my boyfriend's nipple fairly hard, and he said it hurt a lot.

But I guess people have done crazy painful things and gone through with it, so maybe a guy could cut off his own nipples.

Just swipe over it with an old style safety razor. Ask me how I know this.
