I want to create a blog, begin blogging random things about my life, hobbies, and other stuff. The problem is, the language. I would like people, whether from my city or around the world, can read my blog.

It's easier for me writing everything in Spanish, my native language, and a lot of people I know (classmates, relatives, kids. . . ) won't have problems. But more people would read my blog if I use English.

So I decided to create a Spanish/English blog, and I don't have any idea about how to make it. Of course I would write all entries (I don't trust in translators). I'm a noob on this topic.

Do I need to have two separated blogs? or there is another way?

And. . . Which is better, Blogger, Wordpress, or <insert your blog host choice>?

Best and simple way - write the same thing twice, Spanish followed by English. Simple :)

I did that way for my DeviantArt journals, it's the easiest way. I want to try other options. If I can't I would have to create two blogs.

I'm not sure where the "Pangeanic" came from....

However, I was amused to find, on the http://translation.babylon.com/ page, this:
Quote:
Get Babylon's Free Online Translation Software - Free Download Now!

It just struck me as an oxymoron... online, or download?

(OK. I know what they mean. However, I still never like it when people say "Free Download!", which generally means you can download it free, but you have to pay to use it.)

The ad servers seem to scan the pages for keywords. I get lots of dating site ads in the Love and Dating discussions, or any discussion that contains the word "love."

I don't need a translator. I'm searching for a tool/plug-in/application (I don't know how to call it) that helps me to write blog entries with spanish/english content. . . something that let people choose what language they wish to read.

Huh? It's a bookmark, scanned and cropped to fit Alex's specifications. Translate. :)
