Boycott on ImageShack

Anyone who is reading this, Please do NOT use ImageShack, for posting some pictures of people in PVC aprons or clothing i got BANNED. No nudity, but their ToS was never mentioned when i registered, nothing said "you must click and agree to our terms of service" absolutely positively nothing!

now 1000's of posts here and on my forum disabledplanet are broken. no longer load for me. and probably wont for other people. imageshack made a huge mistake. i cant load anything from there, which locks me out of hundreds of places on the internet.

if anyone wants to help please do. but until then ImageShack is HORRRIBLE!! ! f*****g around with people like this.

Hello, this is Alin here speaking. I run www.disabledplanet.net and www.alinssite.info

I have been an imageshack customer for a very long time, i think since a year or two ago? However I am quite upset to find that I have been banned from Imageshack services alltogether as it appears to me no images from imageshack will load for me. But they do for other people. This was not happening this morning! I was able to log into my account fine. I will admit that I had another account because me and a friend both of us are Autistic (Both high functioning, that is why I am writing this email) were looking at images that may have had a remote possibility of seeming sexual of obese woman in PVC clothing. We decided to save them to our temporary imageshack account, last night the account began to function erratically and I contacted support. Support answered saying that the account was removed for Pornography, ok fine I accept that. My account alin0steglinski which is my permanent account has been signed up for over a year and was and is in good standing and has no objectionable content whatsoever, is no longer working. I am not able to load a single image off of Imageshack. I feel this is not right, I feel that there should have been a bit more leniency in the way that the ban was handled. I feel that deleting the account was justified, but banning my entire household from accessing Imageshack, and practically making my permanent account unusable makes me feel upset.

I also want to point out that no where on the registration page does it tell the user " YOU NEED TO READ THE Terms Of Service before registering!" Back when I had registered the account I did not know the acronym ToS therefore I feel a bit betrayed in that sense. I feel that Imageshack should upon a user clicking register take them to the agreement and make them agree before registering the account, to avoid things like this in the future.

Please help MacBeth I really need my account to function as I have many posts on my blog and forum that will no longer work, I have posts on other forums. My friends use your services to get their images to me, and I can no longer view them.

I use Facebook and photobucket. Also have a few on deviantart. Spread out. Sorry you got banned. I really hate how that feels. I wanted to commit suicide when I was fired and banned from Wal-Mart, transfer to another McDonald's failed, and my step-dad said he wasn't going to take me back home. After I ran out of risperdal, I flushed the dexadrine down the toilet so that I wouldn't be tempted to overdose. Mom and Beth finally convinced Gary to take me back home and get me back on risperdal. He then said that it was only temporary that I was going to be home and that I would be joining a branch of the military. At the Army station they said Asperger's disqualified me. I had gotten 94 something on the EAST test though which would have qualified me for any job there just about. So then Gary took me to the Air Force and told me to lie about Asperger's and ADHD, so I did as I had to. My weight stalled for time - I weighed 210 then and for my height the maximum was supposed to be 195 for the Air Force. I was depressed and couldn't stop eating and gained another 40 Lbs. Also in the meantime my mom was dissatisfied that Gary had me lie to the government and wanted him to apologize to the recruiter for ordering me to lie. Instead of doing that, he just changed my phone number so they couldn't verbally contact me. That was Spring of 2007 AD.
