Pan's Labyrinth, Amelie, Old Boy, or the German dubbed version of the original Star Wars (it's effing hilarious).

I haven't seen a whole lot of foreign films. I liked Pan's Labyrinth & Amelie, thought they were good though not great.

I would say Grave of the Fireflies is my favourite.

I haven't seen many foreign films either. Two that I can think of in my collection of old VHS tapes are "Das Boot" and "My Life as a Dog"

Wow, I have seen so many foreign films...
I'm a huge fan of Ingmar Bergman.
I would have to say my favorite foreign film is Persona, followed closely by The Seventh Seal.
Persona is my favorite film of all time.

Almost all the foreign films I've seen have been good (that's not many, but still).
-Drunken Master
-The Hidden Fortress
-Metropolis (Fritz Lang)
-Police Story
-Pan's Labyrinth

I've watched lots of animated movies, but I've tended to watch those dubbed rather than subtitled. That's basically all of Miyazaki's movies, Akira, Steamboy, and Metropolis (Osumu Tezuka).
