As human and animal populations increase, are new souls made or are old ones duplicated?

I don't accept reincarnation BTW.

Souls breed. Haven't you heard the expression "soul mate"?

I'm open to examining material evidence that would support and provide credibility for the idea of reincarnation. So...

Evidence, Please?

If you read my post here and thought, then you might see this as an amount.

Can you tell me what I view it as an amount of, or shall I have to spell everything out?

An amount of what? Something odiferous, no doubt...

Yes, please spell out how a mathematical function resulting in a value of zero evidences any validity of reincarnation, while citing valid and verifiable references, and providing your credentials in mathematics and metaphysics.

Well, I really don't know much about how many claims or documentation of the subject regarded as proof would be there, a part from hypnosis, are there others?

lol, that would explain that one soul has its complement, maybe not in this life, then, perhaps in the next :P

I don't know about hypnosis, that would be a claim regarded as proof by those who believe, I suppose, I don't know if they provide other form of "evidence".

My opinion, well, evidence exist of cases of false memory implants, from what I read, in which it would be reasonable to point out that that would be why some remember events happening time before they were born, as well as alien abductions, which puts in question the hypnosis method.

Faith-based "evidence" is immaterial and intangible, and therefore irrelevant, even if it does constitute a good portion of the "evidence" for reincarnation.

If hypnosis is real, and post-hypnotic suggestions are real, then it is entirely possible for a hypnotist to implant false memories and/or to "program" the subject to believe that their false memories are real. Which brings us to...

"False memory" pretty well sums up the remainder of "evidence" for reincarnation.

Zero would be the amount of evidence for this Hindu belief.

None.

There is an abundance of testimony (anecdotes, rumors, myths, legends, and stories), but no evidence.
