Its the eyes.

They did a f*cktastic job, holy COW, but the eyes are a little off. Thats what gives it away.

But seriously, thats like, beyond wow.

Impressive, but still not quite real. Each animation job is different, I could see something like that in a movie, and not being able to tell it's animated. Her mouth doesn't move enough.
