I am starting a movement/website/better noun i can't think of at the moment.
It hasn't officially launched yet, but the goal of Folk Autism Now (it won't let me post a link for some reason, but it's folkDOTworldautismDOTorg) is for musicians with autism/aspergers to share their music and philosophies.

I've been seeing tons of those 'Rock Autism Now' advertisements, where they want to find a 'cure' for autism. I don't want to be cured, because I don't think I would be me anymore. But others may think differently.

Musicians with autism/aspergers need a place to connect and share their work, ideas, and philosohpies with others, and that's the goal of F.A.N. you'll be able to write articles, upload music, etc.

Any ideas? Comments? Critiques? Snide remarks?

cheers
charlie

I have seen "Autism Rocks!" (pun intended) but nothing about Rocking Autism.

Autistic musicians (and autistic artists in general) do need their own online forum systems to share their work, ideas, and philosohpies with others.
I will surely join F.A.N when it becomes lively enough.
