most common mistake is with their/there/they're, probably could fix it if I proof read what I wrote, but I don't :P

Mine is saying:

"A person that did something" as opposed to "A person who did something"

sometimes it's figuring out which version of "then" "than" I should use in a sentence. on a more regular basis it's normally just 'teh'

I haven't quite figured the proper use of a semi-colon, and I use way too many compound sentences. Even when the second half isn't a complete logical continuation of the first. Oh, and sentence fragments. hehe

You could use semi-colons in compound sentences. It's like a comma but everything before and after the semi-colon has to be a complete sentence.

Another grammatical error I make is not using the best possible sentence I could use or wording things in a way that might be misunderstood. I usually only do this in forums. I guess that would be considered a grammatical error.

I never make grammatical mistakes on purpose. I do make some intentional mistakes... in an effort to sound or look normal ;).
