Please recommend me some good SAFE proxy sites please

I need to block my IP address from a site (not this one).

The moderators on a particular website have mistaken me for someone who has the same ISP as me, so I can't sign up to their website.

Please help.

I use the premium one, but they also offer a free one.

some sites will block you if you use proxies, so I'd recommend you contact the admins first.
