yeah, a different species...no better....no worse.....but at least without the stigma of man's past mistakes (100s of wars) to deal with lol x

So ... your sh*t doesn't stink because you've separated yourself from the unwashed masses?

i have issues with guilt, even when im not in the wrong (think its my catholic upbringing) so detaching myself from man's past mistakes allows me to chill out a bit...and i'm pretty sure that the "unwashed masses" seperated themselves from me by constantly rejecting me throughout my life, i didn't choose isolation lol...

oops, some bitterness came out then XD

You and I have much in common, Xander, despite our differences.

Ive always felt unhuman and different, bit of a cyborg me thinks.

I watched the film "meet dave" with the kids and it was a bit too close to the truth lol.

Like all of us, I too have my moments. I get the the feeling of being not-quite-human, but of course this is just a feeling. Rationally I know I'm as human as anybody else. I mean, my birth-parents are human, my family are all human, so what else could I possibly be?

I don't feel human at all, however, I am not diagnosed with Asperger's. I feel superior and hold many dark thoughts... I am seriously sick of humanity, to be honest. :/

When I was a little kid, I swore I was born the wrong species. I felt like I was born in the wrong body. I felt like I was supposed to be a cat. A lot of people with AS say they can relate to cats the most of all the species and that cats appear to have AS so I wonder if that's why. Cats were also my first special intrest. I was serious as a kid when I said I felt I was born the wrong species. I don't feel one hundred percent human as an adult, but I've learned how to pretend to be a human. I do a lot of "furry" art but my "fursona" isn't a cat. It's a hodpodge of a meerkat, cat and reptile. I'm debating weither or not I should just say she is a theraspid instead of a meerkat subspecies from another planet.

I am a hybrid.

Learning to embrace both sides has been helpful.

Quite natural if you aren't a member of Societies "in-group" that you seek your own identity.

In my imaginary world, I am an alien and my native home is my made-up planet, Aspergeria. Sometimes I wonder if I really am an alien in real life too.

I've never felt 100% human. When I was younger, I wished that aliens would come and take me back to their planet, because I would fit in there.

I always feel human because I AM human, AS or no AS (I do become offended when people say we're not humans just because of a developmental disorder). I have two arms, two legs, one head, 10 fingers, 10 toes, and everything else that everybody else has, therefore I'm human.
