At school, some kids in the year above mine had a band called Rubber Bungalow.

Always felt that name deserved greater success.

Thats good.

Or even just "Hip Joint". Singular for the whole band.

Because of the multiple and near opposite meanings: A joint meaning "a venue", where the "hip" go, because its a happening place. Or...it could mean the band members need hip replacement surgery because theyre so old.

A good name for a band composed of guys over a certain age, or a band that revives an old music style, or both.
