Learning Arabic

Speaking Arabic is very hard. At least learning to read it, because small vowels are not written (but spoken), and learning the very hard conjugation even if there is few irregulars.
I live also partly in Qatar( 6 months a year), but I don't speak Arabic too often, because everybody speaks English there...
