you need an appointment with a psychiater or psychologist
or if you still in school, it might be that there is some service for study problems or so, these people might also know about Asperger's.

maybe you could ask some adult (parent? family member? teacher?) for advice? (i mean you need a good psychiater, not someone who is so nuts that he/she can damage you)
or check whether there is some autism organisation in your area?

don't hesitate to search someone else if you don't get the information you need
