Here are the lyrics to the Black Sabbath song, 'Paranoid,' Can anyone else relate?

Finished with my woman 'cause she couldn't help me with my mind
People think I'm insane because I am frowning all the time
All day long I think of things but nothing seems to satisfy
Think I'll lose my mind if I don't find something to pacify
Can you help me, occupy my brain?
Oh yeah
I need someone to show me the things in life that I can't find
I can't see the things that make true happiness, I must be blind
Make a joke and I will sigh and you will laugh and I will cry
Happiness I cannot feel and love to me is so unreal
And so as you hear these words telling you now of my state
I tell you to enjoy life I wish I could but it's too late

Wow, its about not having joy in life, but more importantly, searching through the general things that most people who really haven't found purpose search through.

He starts with not finding joy with a woman. Of course, after so long, and not finding a true companion, who would?
All he wants to find is true happiness. Instead he finds true heartbreak. He is trying to fix his mind but he needs to fix his heart.

At least that is what I get from it.

In hindsight, I think this post would have been more appropriate in the 'Lonely' thread which I had just read prior to posting. Back in my college days I could relate very well to these and similar lyrics as I had then moved into an apartment by myself and had difficulty adjusting. This lyrics bring some of that anguish back.
