Maybe that would make mine good, except my hair seems to all over the place, and I am just lazy, or that I dont want to use it all up.

I tend to wash my hair everyday and It's soft and beautiful :D . If hair products were harmful in any way they wouldn't be marketed. <---DAT

Water would be fine, but I think people say some chemicals can damage hair by over use, I do hear some strange remarks though about sea water, some say it helps hair, but it doesnt feel like it to me.

Think thats true, alot of bathing and salt water
wears on the hair, does on mine anyway - and
alot of the conditioners and stuff on the market
actually makes it very dry and such - too much
chemicals and crap in it. I`ve tried some brands
and i was just flabbergasted over how sh***y and
dry my hair felt afterwards 8O

Considering the body cleanses itself, I would say washing your hair everyday to be bad practise, hence why I do so every other day when I am in the bath

""Considering the body cleanses itself, I would say

I just read this, its true and it clenses itself -
but i guess it depends a little on what one
does all day also - i`ve been showering
morning and night for many many years
and it works fine, one in the morning to
wake up and one in the evening to hose
off the day - in the summertime its a must,
working in the dirt and such, not a nice feeling
going to bed without showering after a long
day, i think anyway. Since its a washing hair thread
i should mention that i dont so much wash my hair,
it just gets washed in the showering process along
with everything else - like a car in a carwash,
everything gets hosed down

I read in Reader's Digest that it's bad for you, but it's fine to wash it more often if you have oily hair.
