i don't recognize my hunger. when i do, i'm really really farkin' hungry. and then i forget i realized i'm hungry, rinse and repeat.
it's maybe a combination of some sensory malfunction, short-term memory short circuit, and executive dysfunction, with a dash of self-harm thrown in.
i also don't recognize the need to urinate. until i really really need to go. and then i forget i need to go. rinse and repeat.
bodily functions suck.
that said, i find when i'm doing yoga and cardio, i have more of a desire to eat, and exec functioning improves (so i satisfy the desire).
(OT - i could eat pad thai for every meal. i make it without soy, so it's the perfect GFCFSF meal - when i can get myself to cook it)
