When I was a kid we moved and travelled so often I couldn't begin to list every city.
I have been to every state except Hawaii; and I've travelled throughout Canada and Mexico. Sadly, I haven't (and pro'ly never will) travelled to any other country.

As a kid, I seldom went anywhere but Galveston or Austin(I live in Houston)..Then my band started playing occasional shows in New Orleans..
I visited Washington D.C. and Philly in my early 20's
In my mid- to late-20's I managed to make one trip to central Mexico..
I have been on 2 east coast tours.
I love Baltimore.

I've been to way too many cities to list here (I travel a lot), so I'll just put down the ones I've been to in the last three or so years:

Anderson, IN
Beech Grove, IN
Carmel, IN
Cincinatti, OH
Fairfax, VA
Fishers, IN
Greenfield, IN
Greenwood, IN
Houston, TX
Indianapolis, IN
Lafayette, IN
Mannasses, VA
New Palestine, IN
Noblesville, IN
Richmond, IN
Richmond, OH
Richmond, VA
Speedway, IN
Warrenton, VA
Washington DC
Zionsville, IN

Like I said, there's still a ton more to list. So many, in fact, I don't even know them all!

Wichita Falls, TX
Corpus Christi, TX
San Francisco, CA
Denver, CO (one-hour layover going to San Francisco)
Nashville, TN
Chattanooga, TN
Knoxville, TN
Key West, FL
Gulf Shores, AL (between Mobile and Pensacola)
Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN

Would have gone to Georgetown, Grand Cayman if rough surf hadn't prevented us from docking (it was on the same cruise that included Key West and Cozumel)

Although I do not like traveling much, I've been to lots of cities throughout my life. Don't know where to start. Some well known maybe then....

Amsterdam
Rotterdam
The Hague
Utrecht
Which city in Holland not, I wonder. Some in the far North of the country.
Brussel, Antwerp, Liege, Namur, others as well.
Luxembourg, Echternach, others as well.
London, yep, only London. Shame really. I like England a lot.
Paris, Toulouse, Limoges, other cities in France as well.
Köln, Heidelberg, o.a.w..
Bern, o.a.w..
Innsbruck, Passau.
Prague
Barcalona

Far from complete but it's impossible to name them all.

Eh...
Somewhere in Rhode Island.
Meriden, CT
Hartford, CT
Boston, MA
Westfield, MA (where I currently live).

Those are just cities.
Also two towns:
Huntington, MA
Russell, MA

Yeah... I haven't been many places....
