That was my other guess, because as far as I know, Florida and California are the only 2 places in the U.S. with Disneyland. :)

* The weather was really unpredictable.
*In autumn, in the inner suburbs, all the plain trees would shed massive orange, red, and gold leaves that would fill the wide streets and end up as waist deep piles on the footpath.
* Extremely multicultural
* I got to most places by tram.
* Beautiful and quaint architecture.
* Flinders Street Station.

This region, formerly a vast wetland a few hundred years ago, is the largest concentration of muck in the US of A outside of the Everglades.

*Most livable city
*Bicycle friendly
*People here don't know how to drive in the snow even though we get snow once or twice a year (used to) we didn't get any last year, only in some parts of the area which was up in the hills. It snowed here last year but it didn't stick.
*Reliable transportation
*Ripped out a freeway and turned it into a park
*Have some ghosts ramps here due to cancelled freeway plans
*City of Roses
*Have a former volcano and it's now a park
*Had a flood here in February of '96.
*Our city is crap at handling snow and people panic over a few inches of snow. I enjoy hearing about that on the news. I am laughing.

'Fraid not. This particular wetland was due to glaciation.
