I am interested in civil rghts. I have had some stuff happen to me. I need some help in where to find a lawyer that would handle a civil rights case.

I'd try the American Civil Liberties Union, www.aclu.org
I looked at the FAQ page, it had an entry called "I feel my rights have been violated, what should I do?" and the answer was contact your local ACLU affiliate. It had a link to find the affiliate, which I copied for you.

I think they do free or low cost representation for low income people, but you'd have to investigate that.

I also looked for the Legal Aid website for PA, I don't know if they do civil rights but you could look in to it, if you're low income they may be able to help you.

Hope that helps!
