so i'm trying to see if anyone else thinks a song they like could work as an anthem of sorts for aspies. if you have one, post it. music videos would be cool if they apply as well!

Boulevard of Broken Dreams - Green Day
Frozen - Within Temptation (if only for the chorus)
and mebby
Minority - also a Green Day number

Alice in Wonderland Theme - Walt Disney
Trisco - Musak - (Wonderland Avenue Mix)
Winter Wonderland (Many Versions)

What? Any song with Wonderland in is an Aspie Anthem.

The Haunted - Age of the Fall Remix
Personal Jesus - Despach Mode and Marilin Manson
Cult of Pesonality - Living Colour
Zenith & Dana - Victims Of Hardstyle (Greco Di Tufo Mix)
JD with Nas and Monica - I've got to have it
All 3 Jimmy Jacobs Love Songs

I may do a montarge with the track I have which are all except AIW and WWL.

Montarge Of Samples Finished:

Enjoy

Living by Geoff Gibbons.

The song is about living life to its fullest. I think that applies to us Aspies. I love the line, "You live in the world you choose" near the end of the song.

OK, let me refine my earlier statement.
I think that "No Surprises" by Radiohead is one of the most apt aspie anthems.
There's lots of reasons why, but I'll let you form your own associations:

Lyrics
A heart that's full up like a landfill
A job that slowly kills you
Bruises that won't heal

You look so tired, unhappy
Bring down the government
They don't, they don't speak for us
I'll take a quiet life
And a handshake, of carbon monoxide

No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises
Silent, silent

This is my final fit, my final bellyache with

No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises
No alarms and no surprises please

Such a pretty house, such a pretty garden

No alarms and no surprises (let me out of here)
No alarms and no surprises (let me out of here)
No alarms and no surprises please (let me out of here)

One song that always represents my aspie-ness is an old song by Simon & Garfunkel - "I Am A Rock"

Yer, I see your point mr. acacia. I never really paid attention to the lyrics in No Surprises before.

Anyway, erm... I notice a lack of Pendulum songs so I'll say,
Another Planet-Pendulum

It's a drum'n bass classic, look it up. I dare you.
