Here's the alter ego of my first post: okay what dvds would you like to warn others not to waste their money on because its so bad?

My top warning is for the movie Rescued which turned out to be a propaganda film for Mormonism. I have nothing against religion, but movies made in order to elicit converts should be advertised as such. It doesn't say on the cover or on Netflix that this is what the film is. But it is. And the actors are bad, definitely not professionals because their delivery is way off.

Also the new dvd Children of Huang Shi was bad.

The English Patient, I was dumb enough to suffer through about half of that POS before walking out of the theater.

"Ed" - Its about a baseball playing chimp. It stars that guy out of "friends" in it. This must be the worst b movie ever made ever, ever. Everyone who had anything to do with the making of the film should publicly apologise then commit hara-kiri.

Atonement was officially one of the worst movies ever, I didn't understand it at all and it was so boring.

Joey Tribbiani. I've just Googled the film here is a link:

Quote:
It received three Razzie Awards nominations for Worst Picture,

The critics comments do not surprise me having seen the film.

I didn't recognize any of the movies mentioned other than Cloverfield so it must mean they are truly bad movies because you don't hear about them. Someone else told me Cloverfield sucked though it seems like Netflix gave it a high rating. Someone also told me I Am Legend sucked.

There's one movie I did walk out on and was so horrid I do not remember the name of it. It basically was the life story of a loser guy that collected vintage records, worked in a record store and memorized useless music trivia. My friend at work at the time swore it was the best movie ever (maybe because he was similar to this guy). But 3/4 of the theater walked out and by the time I walked only a couple people remained. I also think Beloved sucked and I watched people walk out of that one though we stuck it out to the end hoping it would get better. But it didn't; I never understood why it won so many awards.

Really? I thought that looked really good, but that's cos I'm obsessed with the apocalypse, LOL.

Also, by the by, Swallows And Amazons sucked as well. It's basically like the Railway Children, then you take away every single decent thing about that movie, make it ten thousand times cheesier, and there you have Swallows and Amazons. I only saw the beginning, it sucked so much.

The Dark Knight.

Batman is a dull humourless monster, the 'bad guys'are far more interesting and sincere.

There are plot holes you can literally drive a truck through (see truck driving scene near the start), nothing obeys the laws of physics and Heath Ledger's painfully hammy acting is concealed not only by masses of makeup but also an unfortunate event after the movie's release.
