I'd dissolve the pill in a NT person's coffee, watch them drink it and observe the effects for amusement.
What if the person wasn't NT, though, but you just thought so? Even if they had shown you an NT diagnosis (which strangely doesn't exist), the diagnosis could very well be wrong. Then doing that would be pretty horrible.
Eh, better them than me as far as I'm concerned. Besides I doubt such a pill would have any real effect. You'd have to take it when you're an infant for any real benefit I'd imagine.
I find it amusing that people imply a pill magically gives them knowledge on subtle social cues and interaction and will suddenly improve their social life. Even if you find yourself timing social cues better, can naturally empathize with others and not feel as anxious you'll still appear awkward to others. NTs do suffer from social issues too, just not the same way we do and that could be for a variety of reasons. That's because your past experiences and memories would strongly shape your current behaviour more than anything else and believe me, a pill is not going to rewrite that. A good therapist, psychologist, whatever will help you more with that.
In a way I'm taking the piss about the notion of a pill by suggesting the least ethical thing to do with it.
