hmm...is this one of those 'degrees of separation' things?

Ok, had to think about this, but
Syriana - Siddig El Faisil (Dr. Bashir, DS9) and he were in the same movie.

Past that, I dunno...;)

What do I win?...;)

How about a trickier one.

Link from Kel Mitchell (of Kenal and Kel fame) to Star Trek.

George Clooney is Miguel Ferrer's cousin. Miguel Ferrer played the Excelsior's helmsman in Star Trek III.

There was the guest spot he did in Nash Bridges where Cress Williams played an officer. Williams was the first Jem'hadar soldier we ever met in Star Trek.

How about

Iggy Pop and Star Trek
Mic Fleetwood and Star Trek?
Vasquez Rocks and Star Trek?

Actually, if you want more Star Trek info than you could possibly absorb (honestly, there's a section on which props were reused, and in which episode [which leads to another; what's the connection between Buckaroo Banzai and Star Trek?..;]) Check out a site called

Ex Astris Scientia

puh-leez...

Iggy Pop played a Vorta
Mick Fleetwood as an Ackamarian (shaved his beard)
"Arena" and a few other episodes filed there. Funny, I saw that formation on NCIS the other day along with Mira Furlan (Delann from Babylon 5, that guy from Stargate SG-1 who played Vala's Ori army zealot husband and Lance Henrikson)

s'ok...you're good enough to catch those...no problem. I know more than I should (one of the internal components of the dilithium chamber is woznium), but not as much as I could (I remember what happens in episodes, but after 750 or more, I don't remember the names...;)

Btw - there was one person who worked on Buckaroo Banzai and Star Trek. The Overthrusting oscillator was one of Geordi's tools in a TNG episode...;)

Now if someone could just explain Buckaroo Banzai...the whole thing seemed like a 2-hour inside joke (even though Buckaroo was in one of the last Enterprise episodes...;)

And the Hathaway's impulse engines had a component or made by Avadyne - a Buckaroo reference

The Excelsior's motto was "No matter where you go, there you are"

Wasn't Banzai and that one with Kurt Russel supposed to be in the same universe?

Oh, Big Trouble in Little China...

There was also a Whorfin-class ship on one of the shows or movies...;)
