If you have Reflect damage 100% and reflect magic 100%, the only thing that can hurt you is unenchanted arrows.

That said, the only way you can get 100% of both is by cheating or mods...

Personaly I like to to specialise in magic, especialy illusion with a good invisibility spell and I wear clothing enchanted with strength enhancments and I brandish some enchanted swords. Its fun making computers become aggresive and start fights, like makeing the mages guild battle the guards, you can even do an assasin guild quest by just makeing the person start a fight with a guard. One thing I do is that I often don't level my character because I don't like the harder enemies, I got this from my first playthrough that I leveled whenever, and when I deided to do the main mission the Dremora were very hard including storm astronachs. Lately I have been playing Fallout 3 which is very simular to Oblivion, with even characters looking simular, and hearing some very familiar voices, such as geting a bit affected when I hear voices simular to guards.

My favorite glitch makes you super rich rather quickly. Just need two of the same scroll and you can make infinite duplicates of valuable items to sale.

I like to enchant 3 zero weight clothes items(Dark Shirt, Mages Hood, and Black Wide Pants, all of which can be duplicated for other enchantments) and a light weight necklace with 20% chameleon and wear the Ring of Khajiiti for complete invisibility(105%) until I get some transcendent stones then I can sell the necklace because each clothes item has 30% chameleon + the Ring of Khajiiti at 35% = 115% chameleon. And because no one can see you, you never get attacked even when you're attacking them!

I always get Azuras Star and enchant all my weapons with Soul Trap and Absorb Health plus whatever else I want, usually fire and shock damage.

And I'm super cheap because I summon weapons and armor (which are 0 weight daedric items that are mostly(Exceptions being the greaves and cuirass) considered light weight armor, using those summon stones and spells) and use the glitch that allows you to keep them, then I enchant them. So I'm always light weight with all my 0 weight items and have high defense.
