Hmm...
As of this posting, exactly 25% of the people who responded to my poll have indicated that there is nothing or nobody worthy of their worship, and that another 5% worship logic, math, science or philosophy. This means that 3 out of every 10 people are atheistic in some way, and that Atheists are a minority - at least of those who responded to the poll - albeit a significant minority.
Just an observation.

O hail the lowly loo topic
I remember a while back there was a news story in the News and Current Events forum regarding the funeral for a crapper's demise; apparently it blew up or something to that effect. I think the toilet's name was John.
I would rather worship (revere) a toilet than some of the s***heads spouting fire and brimestone.
My toilet is always there, accessible to me, asks for little (a cleaning every day), and complains not. 
And it always respects me, no matter what I "sacrifice"!
