I was over at Mile High Comics , and GCBD , and I was looking at old Harvey comic books , mostly , from the early 60s/late 50s...........Comic-book versions of Blondie , and Barney Google & Snuffy Smith , & Dick Tracy...mostly stuff that was done new for the " funnybooks " , not newspaper strip reprints , except for the Dick Tracy ones .
There was a coverless Dick Tracy selling for $2.50 .
If I'd had more money available , I would've Bought It...

There's a store near me but I haven't gone because I know I'll spend money and agonize over what to buy.

They were in process of moving, and everything was marked down.

I bought a Lovecraft comic and a Madman.

It was difficult to find interesting stuff ...

My local comic book shop is closing down and this makes me wonder what will happen to all the stuff they have from the 60s and 50s. Especially the high priced valuable ones. And man do i love those lovecraft comics :) .

The Lovecraft comic was interesting.
It inspires me to push a little further with my idea of the man as a character in a story ....
